We accept exchanges within 90 days of purchase . This also applies to purchases at our Fullsand stores.
You have 90 DAYS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE for exchanges.

CHANGES

  • You can exchange items by courier or directly at Fullsand branches. Our exchange policies apply to branches or online stores.
You can make changes via email or at Fullsand stores. Our exchange policies apply at Stores or Online.
  • We accept size or style exchanges, as long as your products aren't discounted items or swimwear.
We accept size or model changes. As long as your products are not sale items or ladies swimwear.
  • Please note that the difference in price if you exchange a model for a different price will be borne by the customer; if it is lower, there are no refunds . The balance paid for the item is taken into account, excluding shipping costs .
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE PACKAGE GUIDE FOR EXCHANGES, therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping cost for returning the product to our distribution center.

If you make an exchange for an item with a different price, the difference must be assumed by the customer; There are NO REFUNDS only IN STORE CREDIT. Only the amount paid for the item is taken into account, WE EXCLUDE THE SHIPPING COST.

Steps to follow to make a change valid:

  • Your garment must be new (unworn) and have tags attached . If you removed the cardboard tags and still have them, please send them in the box with your package.

  • Present your PRINTED TICKET that was sent in your package or show your order confirmation email with your TICKET NUMBER at the Fullsand branch.
Go to any Fullsand store with your PRINTED TICKET that was sent in your package or show the confirmation email of your order with your TICKET NUMBER.
  • For changes by parcel you can contact us by email at tiendaonline@fullsand.com or by WhatsApp to +52 5536726098. You must send your request for change, attaching the TICKET NUMBER of your purchase.

For exchanges via mail, you can contact us by emailing totiendaonline@fullsand.com or by whatsapp at +52 5536726098. Request any exchange by sending the confirmation email of your order with your TICKET NUMBER.

RETURNS

  • At Fullsand WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS IN CASH, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD.
WE DO NOT MAKE CASH REFUND, CREDIT CARD, DEBIT CARD OR OTHER MEANS OF PAYMENT.
  • We'll refund your in-store balance for the amount you paid for the item to be used at our stores. SHIPPING COST EXCLUDED .
